Introduction
The entire production line is primarily used for the assembly and manufacturing of 60150 aluminum cylindrical battery cells. It includes more than ten types of equipment, such as kneading machines, positive electrode adhesive bonding, pre-welding for shell insertion, full welding of positive electrode columns, current collector welding, cover plate shell welding, primary helium inspection. This line can also be used for the assembly and manufacturing of other similar products. It relies on the MES systems to achieve intelligent, data-driven, and information-based production.

60150 Large Cylinderical Aluminum Standard Station Description
The equipment is designed to realize kneading and wrapping the cathode and anode terminals of the wound battery cell with tape. Its main functions include full tray loading from the previous station, barcode scanning, robotic arm gripping for battery cells, flattening and kneading both ends, wrapping the cathode terminal with tape, measuring the kneaded size, inspecting the presence of tape, measuring the exposed tape length, short-circuit testing, rejecting defective products, and transferring the good cells to the high-speed chain clamp with the robotic arm. etc.
