Introduction
This production line is mainly used for producing blade battery modules/pack. Adopting the form of material frame stacking, AGV transportation automatically loads materials, and the production line automatically unloads and stacks material frames. CCD photography calculates the position of battery cells, guiding the robot to automatically grab the battery cells online, scanning codes & OCV NG replacement, cell gluing and pasting aerogel, visual inspection of cell gluing and pasting aerogel, NG (non-good) is automatically discharged, and good products enter the block stack. Blocks are stacked according to the product formula into small units of different sizes, and then the small units are stacked into modules. After scanning, addressing, distance measurement, and insulation testing, qualified modules are installed with busbars and enter the welding room for busbar welding. Busbar automatically detects welding defects after welding. Qualified modules are installed with nickel plates and then enter the welding room for nickel plate welding. After nickel plate welding, welding defects are automatically detected. After EOL testing and plasma cleaning, the Pack box is automatically coated with glue and transported to the module loading station, where the module is loaded into the Pack box. After packaging testing, qualified packs are taken offline.
