Introduction

This production line is used for automatic assembly of energy storage cabinets. All single machine equipment and distributed systems interact with MES through a scheduling system, achieving integration between equipment and upstream and downstream systems, matching production capacity, and meeting production process requirements. The AGV flexible logistics system is used to achieve automatic assembly process of energy storage cabinets, rapidly improving product production efficiency and stability. The main equipment includes energy storage air power cabinet loading, automatic box entry, manual water cooling host/main control cabinet entry, manual screw tightening/grounding copper bar installation, manual installation of water cooling pipes, air-cooled low-voltage connections, manual installation of low-voltage water cooling connections, installation of low-voltage grounding copper bars, manual installation of BMS air-cooled cover plates, tightening traceability, high-voltage connections, fixed cutting of ties, manual airtightness testing, manual liquid injection station, EOL testing & performance testing, automatic offline of OK/NG cabinets, and other equipment.

  • The electric cabinet on the production line uses an AGV flexible design for transportation, which enhances production efficiency.
  • Advanced Core Station for Electrical Box Entry:
  • 1) The lifting mechanism adopts a dual servo heavy-duty lifting process, including a screw lifting servo mechanism, a safety encoder, a counterweight mechanism, etc., which can stably and quickly achieve the efficiency of electrical box lifting;
  • 2) The automatic clamping and insertion of the electrical box adopts a servo automatic clamping mechanism, an intelligent camera detection and adjustment mechanism, and the servo detects the insertion process through laser displacement sensors/force sensors to monitor and stably and quickly assemble the electrical box into the energy storage electrical cabinet. By using this process, the efficiency and stability of the assembly process are further improved.
