Introduction
This device is mainly used for automatic stacking of power batteries, integrating laser pole ear forming and stacking technology; Adopting high-speed dual blade cutting technology to break through existing cutting efficiency bottlenecks; Adopting Z-type multi slice (2-N) lamination process to break through the existing efficiency bottleneck of Z-lamination; By adopting a dual stack platform alternating stacking and cutting process, the auxiliary time for cutting the stack is greatly reduced, thereby improving the overall productivity of the machine; Adopting electromagnetic heating technology to reduce hot pressing time, reduce the number of hot presses, and reduce equipment footprint and cost; By utilizing intelligent AI recognition technology, effective closed-loop detection of the size and defects of the electrode is carried out, greatly reducing the outflow of defective cells; Multi cell cutting and multi cell hot pressing process to improve the flow efficiency of cells within the equipment; Automatic cutting and Hi-Pot testing of battery cells, followed by QR code pasting and information binding before cutting, to classify the quality of battery cells and ultimately achieve automated and flexible production of battery cell stacking.
