Introduction
This production line completes the final assembly and inspection of the vehicle's head up display system through the following processes.
The device automatically screws and locks the adjustment motor onto the housing, fits the foil and PGU, and assembles them onto the housing. The robot automatically fits the PCB and locks it, along with the PGU and housing. Manual tasks include connecting the LED cable, FPC cable, and Adjust Unit cable. GT and camera inspect the pre-assembly effects of the workstation. Manual installation of the Inner mask, Bearing, and Cap is performed. The robot tightens six screws on the housing. After removing static electricity and dust from the mirror, it is manually installed. The robot automatically loads and assembles the spring onto the mirror. After dedusting the product again, the cover and housing are combined. The robot loads the spring, fitting the cover and housing. Finally, the device tests and verifies the product's functionality.
Highlights
- The equipment has a high degree of automation, requiring only manual feeding and automatic tightening detection by robots, which can quickly increase production capacity. The entire line complies with safety standards and ergonomics, with manual safety grating protection, accidental contact with the interlocking mechanism to stop, protecting personnel safety, and easy operation at the height of loading;
- The device has strong compatibility and can be compatible with different products by quickly changing different trays and programs. Fully automatic product detection improves efficiency and stability;
- The equipment operates in three shifts and works 15 hours per week.
